We believe that there are no “one size fits all” solutions when it comes to fitness and nutrition, which is why you will never receive a “cookie cutter” program from us. Each custom nutrition coaching plan is entirely created for you by our in-house registered dietitians/nutrition professionals to work with your unique lifestyle, preferences, and health background.
Healthy eating is not and should not be boring, which is why your plan will be designed in a way that allows for a wide variety of delicious options to choose from at each meal and snack, so no matter what your goals are, you won’t feel like you are restricting yourself or eating boring bland foods that you don’t like.
One important thing to note is that this is NOT a “diet plan” in the way that phrase is commonly used. Typical diet plans simply tell you what to eat without providing any real education or sustainable solutions for when you discontinue whatever short term restrictive “diet” you had been following.
It is our objective to not only help you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals, but to also give you the tools and knowledge of how to stay at that level once it’s reached. We do this by constantly monitoring your progress through our app (which connects to both Fitbit, Apple Watch, and MyFitnessPal), and by modifying your caloric intake and macronutrient breakdown of your daily diet as necessary or appropriate after weekly check-ins. Any significant degree of weight gain or loss, as well as any substantial change in physical activity, may also necessitate an adjustment in your nutritional needs as you progress.
We aim to provide a great foundational knowledge base to launch from, which includes a proper education on how to identify and select healthy foods, how to read nutrition labels, and teach you what a proper portion size actually looks like of any food you eat.
From there, we will work with you to develop strategies for success based on your individual situation, which includes learning how to incorporate healthy eating habits into your daily life, building a nutrition program that is easy to maintain, and setting you up for long term positive results.
All of these factors combined will give you the necessary tools to understand how easy it can be to actually live a sustainable healthy lifestyle by eating a broad variety of foods that you actually enjoy.
*It is important to note that the results you achieve will likely be directly correlated to the amount of time, effort, and consistency you dedicate to following and actually executing on the nutrition coaching plans that are designed for you. It is your responsibility to schedule your weekly check-ins in advance. We will provide you with the knowledge, tools, and support to help you reach your goals, but it’s up to you to get out there and actually implement all of the recommended positive changes to your life in order to succeed.
